Digital Imaging (DI) Artist – Manager (1-Year Contract) Jobs in Singapore, Singapore at Resorts World Sentosa
We're looking for an experienced DI Artist to join our Branding Creative team on a 1-year contract (with potential for renewal or conversion to fulltime, subject to business needs).
You'll produce high-quality campaign visuals across print, digital and out-of-home platforms while leveraging AI to enhance quality, streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional image retouching, compositing, colour correction and photo manipulation to production-ready standards.
- Develop key visuals and campaign assets across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with designers, art directors, photographers and production partners.
- Leverage AI tools (mandatory) to enhance digital imaging while maintaining exceptional visual quality and brand consistency.
- Explore and introduce AI techniques to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.
- Prepare artwork for print, digital and large-format production.
- Maintain an organised asset library and version control.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Digital Imaging, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in digital imaging, retouching or creative production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and good working knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of colour, lighting, compositing and visual aesthetics.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Magnific, Nano Banana, Flux, ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining speed, quality and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Huge Plus
- Experience producing AI-generated videos using Runway, Seedance, Veo or similar tools.
- Prompt engineering for image and video generation.
- Passion for AI, emerging technologies and creative innovation.
