We are looking for a full-time Midweight Digital Designer to join our creative team in Melbourne. This is the go-to design role for everything that runs across social, paid media and more, translating strategy into scroll-stopping creative that converts. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing team, turning their campaigns and strategies into compelling visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead designer on small to medium-sized projects.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, digital marketers and the Creative Director on larger-scale projects and campaigns.
- Confidently present and speak on client calls: able to articulate concepts and provide clear recommendations.
- Bring a strategic, digital-first mindset: develop design solutions that are visually engaging, accessible and meet the brief.
- Push creative boundaries, stay up to date on design trends and share knowledge and learnings with the wider team.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience and graphic design capability across all social media and paid media platforms (predominantly Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, ready to ask questions and take part in discussions.
- Ability to track time and keep within project scope.
- Exceptional knowledge and usage of Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Knowledge and experience with Figma is highly desirable.
- Experience working in an agency is desirable.
