Are you a hands-on creative leader who loves producing exceptional design while helping others do their best work too?
We're looking for a Digital Design Manager to lead the creative output of a growing organisation, overseeing the development, management, and delivery of high-quality digital design projects.
This role combines hands-on design, creative leadership, and team management. You'll be responsible for creating outstanding digital assets while mentoring and developing a team of designers and videographers to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
From websites and social content to digital campaigns and brand assets, you'll play a key role in shaping how the organisation presents itself across every digital touchpoint.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, translating business objectives into engaging creative solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with maximum impact.
⚙️ What You'll Be Doing
🎯 Brand & Creative Leadership
- Act as the guardian of the brand and sub-brands, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs
- Lead the creative response to briefs from concept through to delivery
- Champion best practice and introduce new digital design trends and ideas
- Help evolve the brand to ensure it remains modern, engaging, and relevant
🎨 Design & Delivery
- Create high-quality digital assets including:
- Website graphics and landing pages
- Social media content
- Email marketing assets
- Digital advertising campaigns
- Marketing collateral and branded content
- Ensure all work is aligned with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Deliver creative solutions that balance user experience, business goals, and visual impact
👥 Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers and videographers
- Oversee studio workflow and resource allocation
- Support team members with feedback, coaching, and professional development
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and deadlines are consistently met
🤝 Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand objectives and priorities
- Translate business requirements into impactful creative solutions
- Present ideas confidently and manage creative feedback effectively
🔍 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Digital Design Manager, Senior Designer, or Creative Lead role
- Strong portfolio showcasing outstanding digital design work
- Experience managing creative projects from concept to completion
- Previous experience mentoring or managing designers
- Excellent understanding of digital channels and user-centred design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
✨ Bonus Points
- Experience managing videographers or multimedia teams 🎥
- Knowledge of website UX/UI best practice
- Experience within membership, professional services, or purpose-led organisations
- Motion graphics or video editing experience
