Role Description
The Digital Content Manager & Multimedia Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This hybrid role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of digital content—from strategic planning to hands-on creative execution. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and managing high-quality visual and written content across the company’s website, social media channels, and marketing campaigns to showcase our beautifully staged projects.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, scripting, capturing high-impact photos and videos on-site, executing professional photo/video editing, and writing engaging copy. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with styling, sales, and operations teams to support campaigns, track performance metrics, and turn physical interior designs into stunning digital assets that drive engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars aligned with property launch schedules, business goals, and target demographics.
- Multimedia Production: Attend property staging sites to capture high-quality, aesthetically pleasing raw photo and video footage showcasing transformations and design details.
- Creative Video & Photo Editing: Professionally edit long-form and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, walkthroughs) and retouch interior photography to ensure a premium, luxury aesthetic.
- Copywriting: Write and edit compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media, website updates, listings, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Brand & Asset Management: Maintain organized digital media libraries of raw and edited assets, ensuring strict brand consistency, high visual sensibility, and timely publication.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor social media engagement, track performance metrics, and continually refine content formats based on what drives the best reach and leads.
Qualifications
- Multimedia Production Skills: Proven experience in shooting and professionally editing both photo and video content (portfolio required).
- Technical Editing Expertise: Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or advanced mobile editing suites like CapCut).
- Content & Project Management: Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously.
- Writing & Communication: Exceptional web content writing and copywriting skills to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with styling, sales, and on-site photography teams.
- Industry Passion: A keen eye for visual aesthetics, detail orientation, and a genuine interest in real estate, luxury interior design, or property styling.
- Logistics: Ability to work full-time on-site in Kathmandu and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film/Media Production, Design, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
