We're Hiring: Digital Content Creator (Full-Time)
Salary: LKR 70,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Join an internationally recognised English communication academy, proudly accredited with UK and US certifications. We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and camera-confident Digital Content Creator to become a valuable member of our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
– Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms.
– Confidently feature yourself in videos and promotional campaigns.
– Plan, script, film, edit, and publish digital content aligned with the company's branding.
– Develop creative marketing ideas to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
– Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to execute content strategies.
– Attend two mandatory team meetings each month.
– Actively participate in company events, workshops, campaigns, and promotional activities.
– Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
Candidate Requirements
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Highly confident and charismatic in front of the camera.
– Strong creativity with a keen eye for branding and storytelling.
– Experience in video creation, editing, and social media management is an added advantage.
– Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
– Professional attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
