We're looking for a creative, passionate and highly driven Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. If you're the kind of person who naturally spots trends, captures moments, tells stories through a camera, and loves creating content that people actually want to watch, we'd love to meet you.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be in our restaurants, on the streets, at events, behind the scenes and everywhere the SALT story is happening.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Capture product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaigns.
- Cover launches, activations, events and collaborations.
- Stay on top of trends and creatively adapt them for SALT.
- Work with creators, influencers and customers to produce authentic content.
- Assist in creative brainstorming and campaign execution.
- Build a content library of photos and videos for future campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience creating social-first content.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Excellent mobile filmmaking skills.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube algorithms.
- A strong creative eye for storytelling, composition and editing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shoots.
- Passion for food, culture, lifestyle and storytelling.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience working with restaurants or lifestyle brands.
- Can operate a camera (Sony/Canon/Fujifilm).
- Have basic motion graphics skills.
- Have your own content portfolio or active social media presence.
- Love discovering trends before everyone else.
