A leading organization within the retail and commercial real estate sector is seeking a 'Digital Marketing Specialist' to support the digital presence, audience engagement, and marketing performance of high-traffic retail destinations in Greece.

This role combines digital marketing execution, audience insights, campaign management, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced consumer environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and footfall through impactful digital campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, website, and CRM channels
  • Manage digital media strategy and optimize campaign performance across platforms, including Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and related channels
  • Monitor audience behavior, market trends, and campaign KPIs to improve engagement and performance
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies for content creation and campaign execution
  • Coordinate promotional activities and marketing initiatives with external partners and stakeholders
  • Support video and digital content production for social and promotional use
  • Prepare reports and actionable performance insights based on campaign analytics and audience data

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • A master’s degree is required
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Advertising Agency, Media Agency, or related environment
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and campaign optimization
  • Strong understanding of digital campaign performance metrics and audience targeting
  • Experience coordinating multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and execution quality
