We’re looking for a Digital Ad Creative to join our Creative Team, assisting in creating and adapting assets for paid media ads. Under the guidance of our Creative Director, you'll be the person making sure our ads look right and on-brand, but also drive performance. This is an important task that translates into meaningful revenue for ISTO., you'll be the first person dedicated to this function.
This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
What you'll do:
Create and adapt visual assets for paid media campaigns across our key channels. Specifically:
1. Ad creation & adaptation — Produce static and video assets for paid media ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest, Youtube). You'll take existing brand content (photography, video, copy) and adapt it into formats that work at different placements and stages of the funnel.
2. Iteration & testing — Work closely with the marketing team to produce multiple creative variants for A/B testing. You'll help us learn what resonates with our audiences across different markets by making it easy to test.
3. Asset organisation – Keep our creative library clean and up to date, making it easy to find the right assets at all times.
Measurement:
You'll work directly with the Creative Team and the Head of Marketing & E-commerce. We'll track creative performance together and use that data to brief better work over time.
Reach out if you have:
– Experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related field.
– Solid knowledge in both static design (Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
– Videography is a big plus.
– An eye for detail, ensuring a consistent brand identity whilst understanding what drives performance.
– Familiarity with paid social platforms and their creative requirements.
– Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
– Fluent English. Portuguese is a strong plus.
