Position: Designer for Innovative Visual Merchandising

This role demands an innovative mind with a proven track record in design, ideally with 3 years of relevant project experience. You will leverage your skills in design software to produce impactful renders and floor plans while translating creative ideas into executable merchandising strategies. Effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create compelling visual concepts for in-store marketing
• Manage project timelines and oversee installations
• Provide production files and specifications for execution
• Adapt design strategies based on store formats and budgets
• Build vendor relationships for quality and efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field
• At least 3 years of visual merchandising experience
• Strong AutoCAD and Sketch Up proficiency; other 3D skills advantageous
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
