DESIGNATION: DESIGNER III (Creatives)

As a Designer – III at Flipkart, you will be a pivotal member of the Design team, focused on crafting intuitive and user-friendly online shopping experiences for the next generation of internet users. You will directly contribute to expanding Flipkart's user base and maintaining market leadership by pushing the boundaries of customer experience across various categories such as Mobiles, Fashion, Electronics, Grocery, Flipkart Plus, Travel, and Videos. Also driving the events like BBD and Big Shopping Days, etc, end-to-end

.You will work closely with the design team(with designers and copywriters) and collaborate with the business team to strategize and understand the metrics behind each design asset, which may include Seasonal Stores, Category Landing Page Experiences, or Flipkart Homepage Revamps. Your role will involve unifying the overall Flipkart experience and contributing to the establishment of design systems

  • s.Gen AI usage: Expert usage of Gen AI tools that elevate visual direction and is able to create end-to-end execution of campaign
  • s.Achieve design excellence through motion: Usage of latest motion design tools like LottieFiles and Rive to achieve high quality visual experienc
  • e.Strategic UX Implementation: Select and apply appropriate UX methods and tools based on specific project constraint
  • s.Prototyping: Develop and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes to address complex user challenge
  • s.Design System Contribution: Contribute to and evolve a cohesive design system for a consistent Flipkart platform experienc
