RECRUITMENT – ASSOCIATE INTERIOR ARCHITECT
As part of the expansion of our high-end villa renovation activities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are looking for an Associate Interior Architect (male or female) willing to take part in the development of a new division specialised in the renovation and enhancement of exceptional properties.
📍 Position based in Dubai – Business Bay
💰 Success-based collaboration and remuneration.
🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES
• Business development and prospecting
• Identifying premium villa renovation opportunities
• Client relations and project support
• Architectural design and interior design development
• Preparation of drawings, mood boards and 3D visualisations
• Aesthetic supervision and project coordination
🔹 PROFILE REQUIRED
• Experience in interior architecture or high-end renovation projects
• Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Commercial mindset and interest in business development
• Ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of the luxury real estate market is appreciated
🔹 TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Strong AutoCAD skills required
• Proficiency in 3D software and visual rendering tools
• Photoshop / SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion or equivalent software appreciated
