The Opportunity
We’re looking for a creative and organised Designer to play a key role in shaping the visual direction of SWAZ and delivering bespoke designs for our clubs and partners.
This is more than just a design role - it’s an opportunity to influence brand direction, develop new product concepts, and be part of a growing business where your ideas genuinely matter.
What You’ll Bring
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong organisational skills and confidence using task/project management platforms
- A creative mindset – able to think of fresh, bespoke design ideas tailored to each client
- An eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
The Role
Trend Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research on current design trends
- Stay up to date using platforms such as Instagram and industry sites
- Use trend insights to help shape and develop the SWAZ design strategy, understanding production limitations
Brand Alignment
- Work closely with brand guidelines
- Ensure all marketing materials and designs are aligned with brand identity
Design & Project Management
Manage projects from concept through to final sign-off, including:
- Creating brochures for prospective clubs
- Designing bespoke match kits
- Producing mock-ups for template match kits
- Creating mock-up stock teamwear for club shops
- Designing bespoke custom teamwear
- Creating template mock-ups for custom teamwear
- Designing club shop banners
- Preparing print-ready artwork and managing sign-off documentation
Marketing Design
- Creating engaging social media posts and banners
- Designing website banners and digital assets
Photoshoots
- Organising and managing photoshoots for new product ranges
