What we're looking for:
• Strong Figma. Photoshop is a plus.
• A very creative mind specifically when it comes to thumbnails — this is where your taste lives or dies
• Self-driven — you don't need a creative director sitting on your shoulder generating ideas for you
• Real taste, not just range — show us a portfolio that proves it
• Problem-solver — you spot visual issues across the brand and fix them before they get flagged
• Responsibility for the result, not just the deliverable
• Comfort building brand systems end-to-end: color, type, motion, voice
• Self-dependent — you take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
• Long-term mindset — we're not hiring for the next 6 months, we're hiring for the next 5 years
