Design & Social Media Executive – International Markets

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to elevate a premium consumer brand across global markets. This hands-on role combines design excellence with digital storytelling, shaping the brand’s presence across packaging, marketing, social media, and events.
You’ll create standout visual content—from product labels and marketing collateral to social media campaigns—while managing international social channels and driving engagement with consumers, culinary creators, and industry partners worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Design international packaging, marketing materials, and event assets
- Create and schedule social media content that engages and inspires
- Develop visual assets for web, e-commerce, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure brand consistency
- Track performance and refine content to grow reach and engagement
About You
- Passionate about design, storytelling, and high-quality creative work
- Self-motivated and proactive—ready to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines across international markets
- Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Keeps up with design trends and digital innovation
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in consumer-facing brands
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Business-level English
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
Bonus: Experience in privately-owned businesses, additional languages, photography/videography skills.
