Position: Design Critic
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate and critique how AI systems interpret and analyze visual design across mediums.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines.
- Craft, critique, and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models.
- Shape visual reasoning and composition in AI-generated content.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and design workflows.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1+ years of professional experience in a visual, critique-based, or design-adjacent field.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in a design field such as Art History, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related areas.
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Europe, Australia, or Brazil.
Start Date
