Main duties:
1-Plan and manage end-to-end creative and design projects, including timelines, milestones, and workflow structuring.
2-Assign and coordinate tasks across designers and stakeholders based on priorities, workload, and project requirements.
3-Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
4-Act as the main coordination point between creative, marketing, and other business units to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
5-Maintain proper documentation, version control, and archiving of all project files and assets.
6-Support process improvement initiatives and ensure effective use of workflow and collaboration tools such as Zoho and Figma.
Requirements:
KSA Resident-Preferable Riyadh
5–7 years of project management experience in creative, design, or event environments.
Strong experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Zoho and Figma.
English Fluency is a must
Excellent project planning, multitasking, and workload management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Strong understanding of creative processes and design project lifecycle.
