The Company
Our client is a leading diversified property development group in Myanmar with a strong track record of delivering premium mixed-use developments, high-rise residential and commercial projects, hospitality assets, and large-scale master-planned communities. As the business continues to expand its development portfolio, they are looking to appoint experienced design professionals to strengthen their in-house design leadership team.
The Positions
1. Design Manager
Lead the overall design management process across multiple developments from concept through construction. Working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you will oversee multidisciplinary design coordination, ensuring projects achieve the highest standards of design quality, technical excellence, functionality, regulatory compliance, and commercial objectives. The role requires effective management of architecture, structural, MEP, façade, landscape, interior design, and other specialist consultants while driving timely project delivery.
2. Interior Design Manager
Manage the delivery of interior design across premium residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. You will oversee the full interior design process from concept development through construction, ensuring creative excellence, technical coordination, quality standards, budget alignment, and timely execution. The role involves close collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality interior environments.
The Persons
1. Design Manager
- Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Design Manager: Minimum 10–15 years' experience in design management for large-scale property developments.
- Proven experience managing complex development projects within developer-side or multidisciplinary consultancy environments.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination, including architecture, structural, MEP, façade, landscape, and interior design.
- Experience delivering mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, or high-rise residential developments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
2. Interior Design Manager
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing interior design for premium residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong expertise in design development, FF&E, material selection, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and construction implementation.
- Experience working with developers, hospitality groups, or leading interior design consultancies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
