About The Role
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Design Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Creative & Brand Lead, you’ll play a key role in telling the Gold Coast Titans story through creative that inspires our fans, supports our commercial and community initiatives and showcases our NRL, NRLW and Netball programs.
Role
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll help deliver the Club’s creative and brand strategy, championing the Gold Coast Titans brand across every touchpoint. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Design engaging creative assets across digital, print and stadium environments.
- Develop creative concepts that bring the Gold Coast Titans brand to life.
- Produce artwork for social media, websites, EDMs, campaigns, signage and publications.
- Retouch and enhance player imagery and photography for a range of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams across the Club to deliver creative projects that engage fans, members, partners and the wider community.
- Ensure all creative output reflects and strengthens the Gold Coast Titans brand.
Above all, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to pitch in wherever needed, and a genuine love of being part of a team.
This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday. Due to the nature of the business, weekend work may be required throughout the NRL and NRLW seasons to attend and cover games.
About You
You're a creative thinker with a passion for great design and visual storytelling. You enjoy collaborating with others, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing high-quality work that makes an impact. You'll also bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline (or be working towards one).
- 1–2 years' experience in a graphic design or creative role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom and After Effects.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality creative.
- The ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into engaging visual content.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a team.
- A proactive mindset, creative flair and a genuine passion for learning and keeping up to date with design trends.
