The role
This is a hybrid role spanning two sides of CO-architecture. On one, you'll grow and protect our brand, creating the editorial, campaigns and social content the industry wants to engage with. On the other, you'll work directly with homeowners and members, guiding clients through their projects and connecting them with the right professionals. It suits someone equally comfortable shaping a campaign and jumping on a consultation call. You'll work closely with the founders, with real ownership from day one.
What you'll do
Marketing & design
- Produce editorial content for our publication, from project spotlights to studio features
- Steward the CO-architecture brand and keep it consistent across every touchpoint
- Design assets across email, social, web, decks and print, in Canva and beyond
- Plan and run marketing campaigns end to end, from concept to creative to launch
- Own our social content (550,000 Followers) the calendar, the creative and the voice
Client & member consultation
- Respond to client enquiries and run consultation calls to understand project goals, scope, budget and timelines
- Prepare clear project briefs, upload them to the portal and notify relevant professionals
- Help clients review responses, shortlist professionals and make introductions, tracking outcomes through the matching process
- Distribute weekly project alerts and source, review and upload commercial and government tenders to the portal
- Maintain accurate records and surface trends across project types, locations and demand to support planning
What you'll bring
- Experience across marketing and design, ideally brand-led or editorial
- A portfolio showing both strategic marketing and hands-on design craft
- Strong writing and editorial judgement
- Confident, warm client communication over phone and email
- Fluency in Canva & AI (Claude)
- Highly organised, comfortable juggling creative and client work in a fast-moving startup
Nice to have
- Background or interest in architecture, design or the built environment
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, email platforms and basic analytics
