Here comes the exciting part: how do you fit into all of this? Your role as a Design & Account Manager will be to be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients, spanning malls, tech companies and educational institutions, while also producing the 2D design work that keeps their social media and publications looking sharp.
This role requires someone who can switch hats comfortably: client-facing and composed one moment, hands-on with design software the next. You'll need to juggle timelines, feedback and creative direction, often all at once, without dropping the ball on any of it.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and expectations so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Plan and manage content calendars, making sure deliverables across social and publications land on time, every time.
- Run client meetings and present content plans and creative concepts, then turn feedback into revisions without missing a beat.
- Design social media assets like posts, carousels and campaign graphics that keep each client's brand consistent and on-point.
- Design and lay out print and digital publications, from school newsletters to institutional brochures, with proper typesetting and structure.
- Coordinate internally with designers, videographers and writers to keep every project on brief and on track.
- Support proposals and pitches for new business and tender submissions, helping bring in the next exciting client.
