About the Role: The Creative Video Producer is responsible for creating high quality, client-led internal and external video content that effectively communicates our clients’ brand messages and engages target audiences. This includes work ranging from simple edits and sourcing footage to full productions, online recording, filming requests, voiceover recording and AI-enabled video and audio projects environment.
Responsibilities
Content creation and production:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver high‑quality video content for multiple platforms.
- Edit and post-produce existing client videos.
- Create and edit audio and voiceover recordings.
- Filming of interviews/events and events as required, ensuring professional quality and consistency with client brand guidelines.
Production management and collaboration:
- Arrange and run online video and audio recording sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Partner with consultants and designers to develop strong video ideas and narrative approaches that meet client objectives.
- Oversee the full video production lifecycle, from planning and filming through to post-production.
- Manage and organise video assets and projects so that content is easy to find, reuse and update.
Innovation and craft:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in video, audio, and AI‑driven production, proactively recommending improvements and new approaches.
Job requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Intermediate motion/graphics skills using tools such as Photoshop, Aftereffects or similar packages.
- Practical knowledge of audio editing and recording platforms.
Required Skills:
- Good people skills and a customer-centric approach, including the ability to interpret and implement feedback efficiently and accurately.
- Strong storytelling ability and a creative mindset, with an eye for pacing, structure and narrative.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other designers, consultants and clients often to tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
