Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Team Lead, based in Denpasar. The Creative Team Lead will oversee the ideation and execution of creative projects, providing strategic direction across campaigns and branding initiatives. Responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary creative team, managing projects to meet deadlines and objectives, and ensuring alignment with client goals and brand strategies. The role also involves fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications
- Skills in Creative Direction and Marketing Direction, with a strong eye for design and storytelling
- Experience in Team Leadership and the ability to manage and inspire a creative team
- Proficiency in Project Management to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects on time
- Strong understanding of Branding to create and maintain consistent brand messaging across campaigns
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant experience in the social media or marketing industry is a plus
- Set and maintain creative direction across all client accounts and Bija's evolving brand portfolio
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency, production house, or similar hybrid environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth across marketing campaign, photography direction, videography, and design oversight (not just one discipline)
- Proven experience leading or reviewing work from a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable with structured workflows, project management tools, and documentation discipline
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with premium hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with ClickUp, or similar project/content management platforms
- Background that spans both social media content strategy and production direction
