You sit at the intersection of:

And your job is simple:
Turn creative into a predictable, scalable growth engine.
Not ideas.
Not opinions.
Not decks.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Owning end-to-end creative strategy across multiple D2C brands
- Running the loop: insight → hypothesis → execution → testing → scale
- Working deeply inside the Meta ecosystem (not surface-level)
- Building structured creative testing systems (angles, hooks, iterations)
- Translating performance data into clear creative direction
- Using AI tools to:
- generate angles faster
- break down winning creatives
- speed up iteration cycles
- assist copy, hooks, and testing velocity
- Identifying patterns and scaling them across brands
- Giving sharp, no-BS feedback across:
- copy
- design
- brand
What you should be able to do (non-negotiable)
When you look at a creative, you should be able to:
- Tell which part of the funnel it belongs to
- Predict if it will make money (and why)
- Estimate performance directionally (without data spoon-fed to you)
- Break down what’s wrong in seconds
If we show you 4–5 creatives from a brand:
- You should be able to roughly estimate how the brand is performing
Let’s make this uncomfortable
If your copywriter is unavailable:
→ Your copy should still be better than theirs
If your designer is unavailable:
→ Your feedback should be as sharp as a design lead
If your brand strategist is unavailable:
→ You should still get the positioning right
You cannot fake this role
We’ve seen enough:
- “Strategists” who only talk
- “Creative people” who avoid numbers
- “Brand folks” who don’t understand performance
That won’t work here.
What makes you a fit
- 4–6+ years in D2C / agency environments
- Background in at least one:
- Copywriting
- Brand Strategy
- Creative Strategy
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads ecosystem
- Creative testing systems
- Consumer psychology
- You’ve scaled campaigns – not just launched them
- You are comfortable being judged by numbers
You’ll thrive here if
- You think in hypotheses, not opinions
- You enjoy fast feedback loops
- You like pressure and ownership
- You use AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut
