THE ROLE
The Creative Strategy Lead sits between creative vision and execution.
Reporting to the Creative Director, this role works closely with both the creative and delivery teams to ensure strategic thinking translates into high-quality work across every stage of a project. You’ll help shape the big-picture direction for brands, while also staying close enough to the work to guide messaging, creative execution and campaign development.
This is a role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and craft, from developing a long-term campaign platform to writing sharp ad copy for a TikTok UGC series.
You’ll lead creative strategy across a range of high-impact projects, helping clients align around a clear vision and ensuring the work delivered reflects that strategy from start to finish.
Example projects may include:
- Developing a large-scale creative strategy for a global brand across multiple markets and channels
- Building long-term campaign narratives and content strategies for entertainment or cultural clients
- Leading performance creative concepts and UGC campaigns across paid social platforms
- Creating strategic frameworks, creative territories, messaging directions and briefing documents
This role is focused on strategic creative development rather than day-to-day paid social execution. The benchmark for the work is thoughtful, culturally relevant creative that delivers strong commercial and brand outcomes.

Clients feel confident in the strategic direction and trust the work from concept through to delivery.
Your briefs create clarity for the team and help projects move efficiently. The campaigns you contribute to are creatively strong, commercially effective and recognised for their quality. You’re comfortable presenting ideas, leading strategic conversations, and helping clients buy into ambitious creative thinking.
ABOUT YOU
You’re a strong writer, strategic thinker and creative collaborator with experience developing campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver results.
You likely come from an agency or creative studio background and have experience working across integrated campaigns, performance creative, brand strategy or content development.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience developing creative strategy and campaign platforms for brands
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Confidence briefing and collaborating with designers, editors, motion artists and creative teams
- The ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- A strong understanding of digital culture, storytelling and modern content formats
- Experience contributing to pitch work, strategic decks and client-facing presentations
Bonus points if you’ve worked on campaigns that have received industry recognition or helped elevate a brand creatively.
Most importantly, you care deeply about ideas, understand how to bring them to life across channels, and enjoy working collaboratively to create ambitious, high-quality work.
