About the Role
As a Creative Strategist / Script Writer, you'll be responsible for developing engaging short-form content ideas that educate, entertain, and convert. You'll stay ahead of trends, monitor the latest developments in the longevity space, and consistently produce scripts that our content creators can bring to life.
This is an ideal role for someone who has successfully built social media accounts of their own and understands firsthand what makes content perform.
Responsibilities
- Research viral content ideas across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Write compelling short-form video scripts
- Generate fresh content concepts daily
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Stay informed on the latest longevity, health, and biohacking news
- Analyze high-performing content and identify opportunities for our brand
- Collaborate with creators and the content team to continuously improve performance
Weekly KPI
- Produce 30 high-quality video scripts per week
Requirements
- Proven experience creating successful social media content
- Portfolio showcasing content you've created and the results it achieved
- Experience growing your own social media accounts is strongly preferred
- Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly identify emerging trends
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to generate creative ideas consistently
- Passion for health, wellness, nutrition, or longevity is a strong plus

- We're looking for someone who understands why content works, can predict trends before they happen, and knows how to create videos people actually want to watch.
