Key Responsibilities
- Develop narrative concepts and storytelling frameworks that link brand goals to MotoGP assets like on-track visibility, hospitality, content series, and fan engagement platforms.
- Collaborate with sales on pitch decks and proposals, weaving data insights (audience metrics, media value, ROI benchmarks) into persuasive narratives.
- Ideate activation ideas: experiential events, social campaigns, branded content, for partnership pitches, renewals, and upsells, ensuring cultural relevance across markets.
- Support activations by briefing creative teams, tracking performance, and creating post-campaign recaps that highlight storytelling impact and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in creative agency, or brand strategy, with proven storytelling for partnerships (motorsport/F1 a plus).
- Exceptional skills in narrative development, pitch deck design (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and insight synthesis from business intelligence, data/social research.
- Passion for MotoGP, strong collaboration with sales/activation teams, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, travel required to certain GPs in the calendar.
