We're growing fast, and we're building a creative team that's driven by data — not guesswork.
🚀 What You'll Own
- Creative strategy for the entire Growth team — turning customer insight & NCD pain points into ad concepts that actually convert
- Hooks, angles & messaging for Facebook / TikTok / YouTube Ads
- Writing your own scripts & creative briefs, and designing A/B tests to find winning creative
- Reading performance data daily (CTR, Hook Rate, ROAS) with the Media Buyer, then iterating fast
- Leading & developing the creative team (Video Editor, Designer, Copywriter) for both volume and quality
- Managing UGC creators & customer testimonials for authentic, high-converting content
✅ What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in performance creative / creative strategy on Facebook and/or TikTok Ads
- Experience in Health, Supplement, Beauty, or FMCG with proven conversion results
- Can write scripts & briefs independently
- Reads ad data fluently and connects creative decisions to numbers
- Has led a creative team (2+ people)

- Portfolio of winning ads with real ROAS / CTR figures
- Familiar with UGC workflows & tools (Motion, Foreplay, CapCut, Figma)
