Role Description

The Creative Strategist & Growth Lead is responsible for building, owning, and scaling LVLUP Health’s marketing and growth engine.

This role is accountable for driving revenue, brand authority, customer acquisition, and retention through a unified, high-performance marketing system, as well as managing channels and campaigns.

You will lead the transition from an agency-reliant structure to a cohesive, in-house-led growth engine, integrating creative, performance, affiliates, and lifecycle marketing into a single scalable system.

  • Develop and execute LVLUP Health’s global marketing and growth strategy

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Creative Strategist, Growth, or Marketing Lead role within a high-growth business.

Strong Ability To:
