WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own and manage the company content calendar
- Develop creative concepts that support growth and marketing objectives
- Write detailed creative briefs for paid advertising campaigns
- Create hooks, angles, messaging frameworks, and campaign concepts
- Coordinate content production workflows across teams
- Ensure creative assets are produced on time and aligned with strategy
- Manage podcast publishing workflows
- Coordinate YouTube uploads, optimization, and distribution
- Identify content repurposing opportunities across channels
- Analyze creative performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain visibility across all active content initiatives
- Build systems that improve content production speed and quality
- Use AI to accelerate ideation, planning, research, and production workflows
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, creative strategy, performance marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising creative and content performance
- Experience creating creative briefs and managing production workflows
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- AI-fluent and constantly experimenting with ways to improve efficiency
- Strong understanding of audience psychology and direct-response marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable giving direction and managing moving pieces across teams
- Passionate about content, entrepreneurship, health, wellness, and growth
COMPENSATION
Salary:
$85,000-$90,000
Location:
Able to work EST time zone. Hybrid preferred, remote ok for the right person!
