About the Role:
We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of our social media content from idea to execution.
Responsibilities:
Plan weekly and monthly social media content
Develop creative concepts for posts, reels, and campaigns
Coordinate shoots with models, photographers, and locations
Direct shoots (styling, poses, mood, vibe)
Edit content for Instagram (reels, posts, stories)
Ensure brand aesthetic and consistency (luxury/jewelry focus preferred)
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Instagram trends
Experience with content planning and shoot coordination
Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Aesthetic Sense (this matters more than degrees)
Ability to manage freelancers (models, photographers)

- Explain WHY you like them (be specific about lighting, composition, color, mood, etc.)
- Pick any 1 post from our page (@shopmidra) and:
- Suggest how you would improve it
- Describe the shoot concept (location, model, styling, vibe)
