About the role
As a Creative Strategist, you sit at the intersection of performance marketing and creative content. You understand what makes someone stop scrolling on TikTok or Instagram, and you know how to translate that into a brief, a hook, a script or a full creative concept. You'll work closely with our Media Buyers and creative team (designers, editors, UGC creators) to develop, test and iterate on paid social content across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
This is not a purely strategic role. You'll get hands-on: writing scripts, crafting hooks, briefing the creative team with precision, and analysing performance data to figure out what's working and why. You have a strong feel for culture and trends, and you use AI tools to move faster and generate more concepts without sacrificing quality.
What you'll do
- Develop creative strategies and concepts for paid social ads across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Write scripts, hooks, headlines and ad copy that convert
- Brief our creative coordinator with clear, actionable creative direction
- Manage a structured testing pipeline (angles, formats, hooks, offers)
- Analyse ad performance (CTR, CVR, thumb stop rate, hook rate) and translate insights into new creative iterations
- Stay ahead of TikTok and social trends, know what's working before it's everywhere
- Collaborate daily with our mediabuyer to align creative output with performance goals
- Use AI tools to rapidly generate concepts, variations and scripts at scale
- Benchmark competitor creative and identify opportunities
- Help build a scalable creative testing system across multiple portfolio brands
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, paid social or performance marketing (DTC experience is a strong plus)
- Proven track record of developing creatives that perform
- Ability to write sharp copy: hooks, scripts, CTAs, messaging frameworks
- Strong understanding of paid social mechanics across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Comfortable reading performance data and using it to steer creative decisions
- Deep awareness of (TikTok) trends, formats and creator culture
- Experience working with AI tools to accelerate creative output
- Able to brief a creative team with clarity and confidence
- Fast, iterative mindset. You ship, learn, and improve
- Fluent in English
