We are looking:
We’re searching for a highly creative and performance-oriented Creative Strategist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape high-converting advertising creatives that not only drive results but also support products that genuinely improve people’s lives.

Get ready to:
- Develop and lead performance-focused creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Prepare clear and engaging briefs for designers, video editors, motion artists, and other creative contributors.
- Write ad scripts and creative concepts tailored for actors and user-generated content.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, media buyers, and other marketing team members.
- Contribute to the visual direction and execution of our brands.
- Participate in and oversee video production processes.
- Review ad performance data, identify winning angles, and optimize creatives accordingly.
- Monitor competitor advertising and stay informed about emerging trends in the market.
- Research audience behavior and uncover valuable consumer insights.
- Create compelling marketing copy, including headlines, hooks, CTAs, and short-form ad texts focused on performance KPIs.
We expect you to:
- Have a solid understanding of paid digital traffic and high-performing ad creatives.
- Be confident analyzing campaign metrics and making data-informed creative decisions.
- Bring fresh ideas, creative curiosity, and a willingness to test new concepts constantly.
- Know how to communicate messages clearly through strong storytelling and visually engaging concepts.
- Be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Salary
Gross salary range is 2400 – 3800 EUR/month.
*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
