Role Overview
As a Senior Specialist, Creative Strategy, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to craft strategic briefs that elevate marketing initiatives into smart, engaging creative outputs. You will analyze cultural trends and consumer behaviors, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns that resonate deeply with target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive share of voice. Your insights will shape compelling storytelling and innovative strategies, ensuring the creative process aligns with brand values and business objectives.
Day in the Life
- Write and develop campaign-level briefs based on data and insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure work aligns with strategy.
- Identify cultural events and consumer trends for innovative campaign ideas.
- Analyze and assess creative work to ensure strategic value.
- Present and communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in high-level communications or advertising.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong professional writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Passionate about understanding consumer behavior and cultural trends.
