The Role
We're looking for a Creative Strategist to own the creative output for key product lines — developing concepts, driving testing, and translating data into winning creative that scales.
This isn't a role where you execute someone else's vision. You'll be the brain behind the creative — working directly with our media buyers, video editors, and marketing leadership to produce content that converts at scale across Meta, AppLovin, TikTok, and beyond.

What You'll Own
- Creative strategy for assigned product lines — from ideation to brief to final asset
- Testing frameworks — building structured hypotheses and analyzing what works and why
- Brief writing — clear, insight-driven briefs for a team of video editors
- Performance analysis — reviewing creative data weekly with the media buying team, identifying patterns and translating them into better briefs and concepts
- Concept development — hooks, angles, formats, UGC direction, ad structures
- Collaboration with media buyers to understand performance and feed the pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in performance creative, creative strategy, or paid social (DTC/e-commerce experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts that have driven real ad performance — not just pretty content
- Strong brief-writing skills — you can translate a product insight into a compelling creative angle
- Data-literate — you understand metrics like CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop, and CVR, and you use them to make decisions
- Fast. You think fast, move fast, and don't need hand-holding
- High ownership mentality — you treat results as your responsibility, not the algorithm's
Compensation
We pay for performance. Here's how it works:
- Base salary: $5,000/month
- On-target earnings: $10,000+/month when you hit your goals
- Performance bonuses: tied directly to creative output and measurable impact on revenue
