- Is proactive, bold, and comfortable communicating with both clients and internal teams
- Lives and breathes creativity — fresh, unconventional ideas come naturally
- Is a strong writer who can adapt tone effortlessly and communicate clearly and correctly
- Thrives in structure — enjoys organizing workflows and optimizing processes
- Feels energized by a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Is ambitious, self-driven, and constantly exploring new creative formats
- Has hands-on experience with performance marketing and understands key Meta Ads metrics
- Has previous agency experience

SALARY
€1100–€1700 net per month.
