Role Description
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the development of breakthrough gaming-first campaigns across brand partnerships, RFPs, and proactive pitches.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and storytelling. You will be responsible for turning client briefs into clear, compelling ideas and building visually polished, client-ready materials that bring those ideas to life.
You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Talent, and Production to concept full-funnel campaigns that integrate creators, content, culture, and media across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Fortnite, Roblox, and beyond.
Beyond pitching, this role extends into execution. You will have the opportunity to help shape and guide campaigns post-sale, ensuring the original vision carries through into production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development for RFP responses, brand pitches, and proactive concepts
- Translate client briefs into structured, insight-driven campaign ideas
- Build high-quality Figma presentations that clearly communicate strategy, creative, and deliverables
- Concept integrated campaigns across creators, content, media, live events, and in-game experiences
- Develop scalable campaign frameworks that flex across different budgets and levels of investment
- Craft strong narratives, including campaign positioning, messaging, and storytelling arcs
- Collaborate with Sales to align ideas with client objectives, KPIs, and timelines
- Partner with Talent and Partnerships teams to identify the right creators and integrations
- Contribute to media strategy and distribution planning to ensure campaigns are both creative and performant
- Support execution and production of sold campaigns, maintaining creative integrity throughout
- Create supporting materials such as one-pagers, mockups, case studies, and concept visuals
- Stay ahead of gaming, creator, and cultural trends to inform new ideas and opportunities
