We’re looking for a creative strategist to join our retention marketing agency.
We are a growing retention marketing agency in Australia working with 7, 8 & 9 figure ecommerce brands to improve customer retention.
Part of this is elite execution across Email/SMS channels to drive revenue for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Work within a POD to own ideation, briefing and copywriting of campaign ideas
- Analyse trends to find new ideas for clients
- Own the performance of email campaigns across a POD of 6-10 clients
- Identify & test angles/messaging across accounts
- Work with account manager to take on client feedback & strategise for months ahead
- Work with designers to bring ideas to life
Qualifications
- 2+ years copywriting or creative strategy
- AI native approach to creative output
- Strong understanding of direct response copywriting
- 2+ years experience in ecommerce marketing
