About the Role
As a Creative Specialist, you'll be on the ground with clients capturing listing photos and videos, producing 3D tours and floor plans, operating drone equipment, and supporting personal branding shoots and content strategy sessions. We'll train you on everything you need to know. What we can't train is a great attitude and genuine care for the people you're working with, that's what we're really looking for!

Responsibilities
Photograph and film residential and commercial properties for real estate clients
Capture personal branding photo and video content for entrepreneurs and business owners
Operate drone equipment for aerial photography and videography (Part 107 certification required — must be obtained within a set timeframe after hire)
Produce 3D virtual tours and 2D floor plans
Assist with content strategy conversations for personal branding clients
Represent Current Creative professionally on every job

A team-first attitude and professional demeanor on set and with clients
Reliable, positive, and detail-oriented
Some interest or curiosity in photography, video, or content creation (prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we provide full training)
Reliable transportation (2015 or newer vehicle)
Flexible availability — hours vary based on bookings, typically daytime with occasional evening shoots
Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 drone certification after hire
Ability to pass a background check and sign a Non-Solicitation Agreement
