We want to be the first true C2C marketplace where users can buy and sell tickets in an efficient and transparent way, whether they are sold out or not, whether big or small events, run by professional artists or private people.

Role Description

As a Creative Social & Growth Marketer, you will support and execute growth initiatives across multiple marketing channels. This role is perfect for someone who is data-curious, eager to learn, and excited about testing ideas to drive user growth in a fast-moving marketplace environment.

We’re looking for a creative, internet-native marketer who understands internet culture, trends, and storytelling – and knows how to turn attention into growth.

This is not a classic marketing role. You’ll experiment with content, trends, formats, and creator-style storytelling to make Ticombo feel relevant, fun, and shareable.

You will work closely with senior team members across Marketing, Content, Product, and Tech and gradually take ownership of campaigns and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and test short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

• Spot trends early and adapt them creatively to the Ticombo brand

• Experiment with content formats: skits, POVs, memes, UGC, storytelling, trends

• Engage with the community: comments, DMs, creators, and fans

• Support A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and messaging

• Assist with funnel and conversion optimization initiatives

• Help identify new growth ideas and channels through research and testing

• Work with Product, Content and Design teams to improve user journeys

• Keep track of KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and basic ROAS

• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth

• Ability to combine creativity with data to find unconventional growth opportunities

• Good understanding of experiment design, A/B testing

• Hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics and Meta/Google Ads, Jira

• Interest in data, experimentation, and marketplaces

• Willingness to learn, test, and iterate quickly

• Strong creative instincts and willingness to be on camera if needed

• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

• Organized, reliable, and proactive working style

• Experience working cross-functionally
