Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing high-quality visual communications and creative deliverables that support agency programs, employee communications, public-facing initiatives, and enterprise-wide messaging. The role focuses primarily on graphic design, digital and print collateral, complex publications, social media graphics, website‑ready creative assets, photography, and branded materials.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, multimedia production, photography, video production, communications, and/or related areas, or at least three to five years of full-time professional experience in graphics, multimedia production, photography, video, digital media, and/or related areas.
