Duration: 6 Months+ (Possibility for extension and/or conversion)
Rate: $50 to $54 an hour
Schedule: Standard Business Hours
The Opportunity
Are you a design professional who balances a high-end creative eye with the efficiency of a production powerhouse? We are looking for a Creative Service Specialist to join our PI Creative Services team. This is an expansion role designed for a "curious creator"—someone who isn't just looking to check boxes, but who is constantly pushing the boundaries of what a template can do.
In this role, you will spend approximately 90% of your time executing Business-As-Usual (BAU) deliverables, transforming concepts into high-impact visuals for marketing emails, digital A-spots, and long-form articles.
The Day-to-Day
- Collaborate: Partner closely with writers immediately following project kickoffs to align on vision and template selection.
- Innovate with AI: Use Adobe Firefly and other generative AI platforms to create and refine professional imagery from pre-created content libraries.
- Execute: Produce high-volume, deadline-driven creative work including emails and web assets while maintaining strict brand and accessibility standards.
- Manage: Use Workfront to track projects, ensuring all work is delivered on time to Creative Agency Managers (PMs).
- Pivot: Share work with Associate Creative Directors, ingest feedback, and iterate quickly without losing momentum.
What You Bring to the Table
- The "Eye": A sophisticated design portfolio that shows you don’t just settle for "standard issue" work—you push yourself and the medium.
- AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Firefly or similar generative AI tools for professional image generation.
- The Experience: Ideally 5 years of professional design experience (though we value a killer portfolio over a specific number of years).
- The Mindset: A "work hard, play hard" attitude. You are flexible, curious, and comfortable with the "pivot."
- Proximity: This is a hybrid role based in Malvern; candidates must be within a commutable distance to the 60 Morehall campus.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Required Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Firefly (Generative AI), and Workfront.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or Creative Arts (or equivalent experience).
- Production Prowess: Proven ability to manage high-volume, repeatable deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
