Our client is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Creative Services team. This role focuses on creative workflow coordination, project intake, production tracking, and light copy support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and experienced working within creative or marketing production environments.

You Will:

  • Support daily intake and traffic coordination for creative and marketing requests
  • Create, update, and maintain Jira tickets, including project details, timelines, ownership assignments, and status updates
  • Partner with creative managers, designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to move projects from kickoff through final delivery
  • Gather and document project requirements, including audiences, deliverables, specifications, stakeholders, and approval workflows
  • Maintain production schedules and proactively identify timeline risks or resource constraints
  • Update dashboards, reports, and project status communications
  • Track project dependencies and approvals while ensuring work remains on schedule
  • Follow established workflow standards, naming conventions, version control processes, and governance requirements
  • Provide light copywriting, editing, proofreading, headline development, and feedback summarization support
  • Assist with reporting and workflow improvement initiatives

You Have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, production coordination, marketing support, or a related field
  • Experience working in Jira or a similar project management platform
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of creative production workflows from briefing through final delivery
  • Experience supporting email, web, social media, digital marketing, or print deliverables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, or workflow tracking tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, OneDrive, Figma, Asana, Workfront, or Smartsheet is helpful
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Logistics:

  • Start Date/Duration: Target start date of 6/22/2026 through 12/31/2026 with potential extension
  • Hours/Week: 20-25 Hours/Week
  • Onsite/Offsite: Fully Remote working EST or CST business hours (Must be based in the US)
  • Laptop/Software Requirements: Client-provided access and systems
  • Background Check: Yes
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $30-$35/Hour
