Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Business Development, the Creative Project Manager is collaborating in the creation and execution of strategic initiatives designed to develop strong and engaging business education and sales materials. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and creativity, supporting the end-to-end delivery of sales training materials, and specialized business content. You will ensure that every project—from field team training to salon-focused profit strategies—is engaging, to brand and includes support materials to ensure successful roll out and implementation.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Business Development, Sales and Education teams to identify market opportunities and design innovative sales strategies that drive salon and spa profitability.
- Define goals and resource requirements for high-impact business education modules and field team training materials.
- Oversee the development of graphic elements and visual storytelling to ensure all training tools meet strategic objectives and maintain a premium brand identity.
- Design and deliver informative, persuasive, and facilitative presentations tailored to diverse audiences, from internal sales teams to external business owners.
- Own project schedules from ideation to completion, managing deadlines, resources, and adapting as needed.
- Act as the primary liaison between departments (Marketing, Education, Sales and Events ) to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery.
- Proactively identify project bottlenecks or risks, implementing solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Delegate tasks effectively to project contributors while maintaining a hands-on approach to quality control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on creating high-end, visual presentations in PowerPoint.
- A deep understanding of the professional beauty industry and the drivers of small business profitability.
- A strong aesthetic sense with the ability to guide creative teams and ensure "brand-right" visual outputs.
- You thrive in the details and never let a deadline slip.
