Pay: $33-$37/hr
We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to support a high-volume, consumer-focused marketing team. This role will manage creative projects from intake through final delivery, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure work is completed on time, on brand, and aligned to business goals.This team supports integrated marketing initiatives across digital, print, video, and other channels.
The Project Manager will help coordinate priorities, lead project workflows, facilitate kickoff meetings in partnership with brief owners, and keep cross-functional teams informed on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience within creative or marketing environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. This is a business-to-consumer focused role, and experience in large enterprise environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creative and marketing projects from kickoff through delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to move work forward efficiently
- Track timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Lead or support kickoff meetings and ongoing status updates
- Help ensure final assets meet brand standards and business objectives
- Support project execution across digital, print, video, and related channels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within creative or marketing teams
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and deliverables
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience with project management tools
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency for light edits is helpful
- Experience with Workfront is preferred
- Large enterprise experience is preferred
