Creative Project Manager Jobs in United States at Overwatch Growth
Contractor: Project Manager, Digital Commerce (Creative Focus) at Overwatch Growth
Overwatch Growth is a digital commerce "strategy-to-execution" partner. We don’t just consult; we take full ownership of a brand’s growth trajectory. We are operators, not traditional agency people. Our team consists of seasoned professional leaders who treat every brand we touch as if it were our own. While many firms offer "one-size-fits-all" solutions, we build custom strategies for: Paid Media, Creative, Email/SMS, and Amazon. We pride ourselves on transparency and deep integration with our clients, moving beyond simple reporting to drive real, measurable bottom-line results.
What You’ll Do
As a long-term contract Project Manager at Overwatch Growth, you won’t just “manage” tasks—you will own day-to-day delivery across accounts with a primary focus on our creative workflow. We’re looking for more than an organizer; we need someone who takes full responsibility for the end-to-end
creative delivery cycle. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working with our internal
and external partners. You should be comfortable being client-facing and navigating relationships with multiple agency partners. Reporting directly to the Heads of Project Management, you will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks before they happen and keeping our “strategy-to-execution” engine running smoothly
The Task at Hand:
- Lead day-to-day delivery for creative workstreams across multiple accounts, acting as a primary point of contact and owning the client relationship
- Oversee deliverable execution: from internal reviews, client review cycles, revisions, approvals, to completion
- Run or co-run weekly syncs with creative partners, and own the communication flow between internal and external teams
- Share accurate and timely deliverable updates to clients and external partners as needed, primarily via Slack or Email
- Serve as a final quality check before creative assets are shared with clients: reviewing work against brand guidelines, promo calendars, briefs, and meeting notes
- Ensure project task updates, resources and documentation are reflected in ClickUp and files properly in the drive for cross-functional visibility.
- Maintain and own daily hygiene on project task lists and timelines (primarily via ClickUp) which can include building task templates, set dependencies, and ensure all necessary fields are completed properly
- Monitor and flag risks, dependencies, and potential delays before it impacts timelines
- Support operational needs as bandwidth allows, which can include refining and improving management processes and templates
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a high operator ready to not only manage tasks but own client outcomes. You have the mindset of someone who can lead a room, keep multiple creative workstreams moving at once, and navigate internal teams, partners, and clients in a fast-paced environment. You are a natural organizer, and find satisfaction in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
You might be a fit if you:
- 0 to 2 years in an administrative, operation or project management role (internship or agency experience a plus)
- Are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Are able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with grace and urgency
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and quick to ask the right questions
- Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to inclusivity, integrity, and team collaboration
- Are tech-savvy and able to quickly pick up tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and ClickUp (Frame.io and Figma a plus)
Requirements and Benefits:
- Long-term contract engagement. $20-$30/hr; exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience
- 20-25 hours/week commitment with potential for up to 40 hours/week
- Full-remote position, however we prefer candidates who can work within North American time zones (PST, CST, or EST)
- Must have a reliable, personal laptop/computer
