About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading global consumer brand to hire an experienced Project Manager – Creative Production on a contract basis.
This role is ideal for a creative project management professional who thrives in fast-paced marketing environments and has experience managing integrated creative campaigns across both digital and print channels. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative assets while driving operational excellence and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple creative production projects from initiation through final delivery.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners.
- Manage both digital and print creative workstreams.
- Oversee project approvals, production schedules, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
- Support continuous improvement of creative operations, workflows, tools, and processes.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Manage external vendors and agency partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Creative Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Production.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing and creative production projects.
- Strong understanding of both digital and print production workflows.
- Excellent project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors.

Experience working with:
- Workfront
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- Creative production and marketing workflow tools
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:
- Creative Operations
- Marketing Operations
- Agency or in-house creative teams
- Retail, consumer brands, or marketing organizations
- Digital asset production
- Creative workflow optimization
- Process improvement and automation initiatives
