Role Overview

The Creative Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects in a fast-paced agency environment. This role partners closely with creative, account, and production teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations. Ideal candidates have prior advertising agency experience and thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of creative projects from intake through delivery
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and task assignments across creative teams
  • Serve as a liaison between account, creative, and production teams to ensure clear communication
  • Track project status, deliverables, and approvals; proactively flag risks or delays
  • Maintain project documentation, briefs, schedules, and status reports
  • Support resourcing needs, including scheduling designers, copywriters, and external vendors
  • Ensure work adheres to brand standards, scope, and internal processes
  • Assist with trafficking assets, version control, and final delivery to clients or internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative project coordination or project management role
  • Prior experience working in an advertising or creative agency environment (required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
