Creative Project Coordinator Jobs in Beverly Hills, CA at Creative Circle
Entertainment client is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a 30-40 hour per week, ongoing opportunity in PST hours. Strong preference for someone who can come into the West LA office on an as-needed basis.
Rate range: $30-33/hr
Must Haves:
-Experiencing project managing and trafficking creative assets
-Entertainment or event experience highly preferred
-Proficiency in Asana, Brandfolder and the Google Suite highly preferred
-Must be highly detail oriented
-Must have own computer and programs
What You'll Do:
-Report to Creative Director and Creative Project Managers
-Assist in the development of creative task flows (within Asana) and organization of assets (within Brandfolder)
-Create and edit creative workflow, process documents and contents within the Google Suite
-Assist with maintaining creative budgeting (invoicing, etc.)
-Additional duties as assigned
Nice to Haves:
-Basic knowledge of design and photoshop
-Understanding of production planning and processes
