Creative Production Lead Jobs in Colombia at Bowery Boost
Bowery Boost is a women-founded, NYC-based digital growth and creative agency helping mission-driven e-commerce brands scale profitably. We specialize in paid media, performance creative, and analytics for brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, and CPG.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You’ll take structured creative briefs from our team, translate them into clear deliverables, assign work across the design team, and personally contribute to the creation of high-performing ad assets. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring everything that goes out is sharp, on-brand, and built to perform.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be designing, reviewing, and improving creative every day.
What you’ll do:
• Own the end-to-end creative production process across multiple client accounts
• Translate briefs into concepts, formats, and deliverables
• Assign and manage creative workload across the team
• Design and edit high-performing video and static ad creatives
• Review and approve all assets before client delivery
• Build templates, systems, and workflows to scale production
• Train and mentor junior designers
What we’re looking for:
• 5-7+ years of experience in design, with a strong focus on paid social creative
• Experience creating ads for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects) and design skills (Photoshop)
• A deep understanding of what makes creative perform (hooks, pacing, messaging)
• Ability to work quickly and iterate without over-polishing
• Experience leading or mentoring other designers
Nice to have:
• Experience in fashion, beauty, or consumer brands
• Agency background or experience working with multiple clients
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative production
