Responsibilities:
As a Creative Production Intern, you will support the team in bringing campaigns and content productions to life:
- Assist in the production of photo and video content for campaigns, social media, and marketing assets
- Support content shoots from planning and preparation through to on-set assistance
- Help coordinate shoot logistics, including schedules, call sheets, sample management, and production materials
- Source and organize creative assets, props, products, and other production requirements
- Assist with the setup and smooth execution of campaign shoots and creative productions
- Support the organization and maintenance of content libraries, production files, and creative assets
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to help deliver campaigns on time
- Stay up to date with social media, beauty, and visual content trends
- Assist with day-to-day creative, production, and operational tasks
Profile:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Creative Business, Media, Communication, Film, Photography, or a related field
- Strong interest in beauty, content production, and social media
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Available from August/September for a 6-month internship (40 hours per week)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience with photo and/or video production
- Basic understanding of content creation for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar creative tools
- Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies within creative production
